Instructions
- Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the sliced zucchini.
- Sauté the zucchini for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes tender.
- Next, add the minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the tomatoes to soften.
- Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well to combine with the vegetable mixture.
- Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy your flavorful dish!
