Instructions

- Stir the mixture thoroughly, then microwave for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the dough thickens and becomes translucent.
- Dust a clean surface with cornstarch or potato starch, then carefully transfer the mochi dough onto it.
- Allow the dough to cool slightly before kneading it gently with additional cornstarch to prevent sticking.
- Divide the dough into small pieces, flatten each piece, and place a fresh strawberry in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the strawberry, then shape it into a round ball.
- Roll the finished mochi in cornstarch to prevent stickiness.
