This strawberry mango lemonade is a refreshing, fruity drink made with fresh mangoes, strawberries, lemon juice, and homemade syrup. Perfect for hot summer days, picnics, and family gatherings.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/4 cup sugar

1 1/4 cup water

Peels of 2 lemons

2 mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup strawberries

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 68 lemons)

2 1/4 cups cold water (1/4 cup for blending)

Ice (for serving)

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and lemon peels. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.

In a blender, add diced mango, strawberries, and 1/4 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth. Strain 1–2 times if desired.

In a large pitcher, mix fruit purée, lemon juice, and the cooled syrup. Stir well.

Add 2 cups of cold water and adjust sweetness or tartness to your liking.

Serve over ice and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, chill the lemonade for 30–60 minutes before serving. Add fresh mint or sparkling water for a fun twist.
