A delicious and satisfying breakfast made with rolled oats, creamy yogurt, and sweet strawberries, perfect for meal prep.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: Chopped nuts, seeds, or additional fruit

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk (or plant-based alternative), Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture is well mixed and smooth.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries gently to ensure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers. Cover each jar with its lid and place them in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Stir the oats to re-mix in the morning before enjoying, optionally adding toppings if desired.

Notes

Letting your oats soak overnight yields the creamiest, fluffiest result.
