Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, milk (or plant-based alternative), Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture is well mixed and smooth.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries gently to ensure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers. Cover each jar with its lid and place them in the refrigerator overnight.
- Stir the oats to re-mix in the morning before enjoying, optionally adding toppings if desired.
