Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, until they soften.
- Incorporate the fresh spinach into the skillet and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, just until wilted.
- Toss the cooked pasta in with the sautéed vegetables in the skillet, mixing well to combine.
- Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnishing with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the pasta for the perfect al dente texture. For a creamier variant, consider adding a splash of cream or a dollop of ricotta.
