Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the peaches, 1/2 cup of sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir well and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the batter evenly over the peaches, spreading it across the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cooling slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream.
