Instructions
- Add the beef, beef broth, soy sauce, miso paste (if using), minced garlic, and sliced ginger to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef, shred it using two forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then add them to the slow cooker just before serving.
- Serve your noodle bowl topped with soft-boiled eggs, fresh greens, crunchy vegetables, and green onions for garnish.
