- 6 Baby bok choy
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Light soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Pickled ginger, finely chopped
- Sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the halved or quartered baby bok choy to the skillet and sauté for about 3 to 4 minutes until the leaves become tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together the light soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, brown sugar, and pickled ginger.
- Pour the ginger sauce over the sautéed bok choy and stir well to coat, cooking for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds on top.
Notes
Don’t overcook the bok choy for the best texture.
