Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions, stirring in a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lime.
- Season the chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in a pan over medium heat until cooked through, then let it rest before slicing.
- Warm the beans and corn in a small pan with a spoon of salsa or a splash of water.
- Build the bowls starting with rice, then beans, corn, chicken, and finish with toppings and salsa.
