Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the tomatoes are caramelized and the garlic is golden.
  4. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

  6. Add the roasted tomatoes and garlic to the pasta and toss to combine.

Notes

Don’t over-roast the garlic; it should be golden, not burnt. You can use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
