- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cherry tomatoes and garlic with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the tomatoes are caramelized and the garlic is golden.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Add the roasted tomatoes and garlic to the pasta and toss to combine.
- Stir in the fresh chopped basil before serving.
Notes
Don’t over-roast the garlic; it should be golden, not burnt. You can use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
