Instructions
- Prepare a shallow dish with warm water and soak each rice paper wrapper for a few seconds until softened.
- Lay the softened wrapper flat on a clean surface and sprinkle with chopped scallions and a pinch of salt.
- Fold the wrapper to enclose the scallions, forming a pancake shape.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until hot.
- Place the pancake in the hot oil and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil before serving. Enjoy while hot.
Notes
