Instructions
- Combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade mixture and toss until coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
