- 8 ounces macaroni
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup mixed vegetables

Instructions
- Combine the macaroni, vegetable broth, and garlic powder in a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in the milk and butter, followed by the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
