Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 4 Slider buns
  • 1 cup Creamy coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup Pickles
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) as needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by marinating it in buttermilk for a few hours.
  2. Combine flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer and fry the chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken and dip it in a spicy Nashville hot sauce.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing the spicy fried chicken on slider buns, adding creamy coleslaw and pickles.
