- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 4 Slider buns
- 1 cup Creamy coleslaw
- 1/2 cup Pickles
- Vegetable oil (for frying) as needed
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by marinating it in buttermilk for a few hours.
- Combine flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer and fry the chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and dip it in a spicy Nashville hot sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the spicy fried chicken on slider buns, adding creamy coleslaw and pickles.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
