- 1 Lime (juiced)

- Fresh cilantro for garnish to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp to the pan, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chili powder, and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the corn and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the corn is heated through.
- Mix together the feta cheese, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a separate bowl to create a creamy sauce.
- Pour the creamy feta sauce over the shrimp and corn mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro.
Notes
Don’t overcook the shrimp for best texture. Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
