Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and chop the bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini into similar-sized pieces.

- Add the salmon and vegetables to the marinade, making sure to coat them thoroughly.
- Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the salmon and vegetable pieces onto skewers, alternating between salmon and vegetables.
- Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the salmon is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
