Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in gochujang sauce until evenly coated.
- On a baking sheet, layer tortilla chips evenly and sprinkle the cheese blend over the chips.
- Scatter the gochujang beef mix over the cheese, followed by diced bell peppers, sliced jalapeños, and chopped green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and cilantro before serving.
