- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a nice golden color.
- Prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing together mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Serve the meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side for dipping.
Notes
Do not overmix the meatball mixture for tenderness. Consider swapping ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
