Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a marinade.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  5. Place avocado slices directly on the grill for the last few minutes to warm.
  6. Remove chicken from the grill and top with grilled avocado slices and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving immediately.
