  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 cups Water
  • 4 bags Black tea
  • 2 Ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and add the 4 black tea bags. Let steep for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags, add sugar, and stir until dissolved.
  4. Cool the tea to room temperature.
  5. Puree the sliced peaches in a blender until smooth, then strain through a fine sieve to extract the juice.
  6. Mix the peach juice with the cooled tea, then serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for maximum flavor. For a less sweet option, consider using honey or agave instead of sugar.
