- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, approximately 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pour the garlic butter mixture over the fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a different flavor, try adding dill or a pinch of chili flakes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
