Instructions

- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
- Add in the beaten egg, melted butter, vanilla, and sugar; mix until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients; gently fold together without overmixing.
- Fold in any mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute melted butter with coconut oil or applesauce.
