Easy, sweet, and filling yogurt parfaits perfect for breakfast or a snack, featuring layers of yogurt, berries, and granola.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup granola (or crushed cookies)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon or a drop of vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spoon yogurt into the bottom of a glass.
  2. Add berries on top.
  3. Sprinkle granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
  5. Drizzle honey between layers if desired.

Notes

Keep granola separate until serving to avoid sogginess. Great for meal prepping the night before.
