- 1 package phyllo dough
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1-2 tablespoons chili flakes (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together crumbled feta cheese, ricotta cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Take a sheet of phyllo dough, brush it with olive oil, and lay another sheet on top.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of the phyllo and roll it up tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey with chili flakes until warm.
- Drizzle the chili honey over the baked rolls before serving.
Notes
Keep the phyllo dough covered to prevent drying out. Can use goat cheese instead of feta for different flavor.
