- 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
