Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lightly coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
