Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour (or more to achieve desired consistency)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a well-combined batter.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan or shape it into flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing and enjoy!

Notes
