Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a well-combined batter.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan or shape it into flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing and enjoy!
Notes
Add herbs for extra flavor. Cottage cheese can be substituted with ricotta.
