Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Microwave frozen blueberries for 30 seconds (if using) and mash them until they reach a jam-like consistency.
  3. Distribute the oat mixture into five jars, layering or mixing in the mashed blueberries. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Enjoy them cold or warm in the microwave for 30 seconds, garnish with fresh blueberries or mint as desired.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute with dairy-free cream cheese and yogurt. Fresh toppings can enhance flavor and texture.
