- 2 racks Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl to form a spice blend.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, bone-side down.
- Cover the ribs with another layer of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and increase the heat to 375°F (190°C) for the last 30 minutes.
- Bake uncovered until the sauce is caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
