  • 2 racks Ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl to form a spice blend.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, bone-side down.
  5. Cover the ribs with another layer of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  6. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and increase the heat to 375°F (190°C) for the last 30 minutes.
  7. Bake uncovered until the sauce is caramelized.
  8. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
