- 1 12-inch flatbread
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (plus a drizzle for topping)
- 2 cups pulled BBQ chicken
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 380°F.
- If using pizza dough, parbake the crust for 5-7 minutes.
- Spread 1 cup of BBQ sauce evenly over the top of the flatbread.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the sauce.
- Layer the pulled BBQ chicken on top of the cheese, then add the sliced red onion.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for 2-3 minutes, top with chopped cilantro and a drizzle of BBQ sauce, then slice and serve!
