- 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the cod, ensuring each fillet is well-coated.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
Keep an eye on the cod to avoid overcooking, as it can dry out if left in the oven too long. Serve with a side of herbed quinoa or a crisp salad.
