Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cod, ensuring each fillet is well-coated.
