Ingredients
Scale
- 1 seasoned beef sirloin tip roast
- 1 seasoned beef chuck roast
- 2 tablespoons Montreal steak spice
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season your chosen cut of meat generously with Montreal steak spice, salt, and pepper. Optionally rub some olive oil for extra flavor and a nice crust.
- Carefully place the seasoned beef in the air fryer basket, ensuring space for air circulation.
- Cook your roast for about 25 to 30 minutes for a medium-rare finish, flipping halfway through.
- Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium rare.
- Once done, let the roast rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Let the roast rest before slicing for juiciness. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
