- 140g milk
- 34g granulated sugar
- 100g beaten egg
- 16g condensed milk
- 120g heavy cream
- 12 pre-made egg tart shells
- Strawberry jam (for filling)
Instructions
- Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the sugar in it.
- Combine the milk mixture with beaten egg, condensed milk, and heavy cream.
- Strain the mixture to achieve a smooth custard texture.
- Add a spoonful of strawberry jam into each tart shell.
- Pour the custard mixture into the tart shells until 90% full.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges turn golden.
- Allow to cool before serving warm or at room temperature.
Notes
These tarts are best enjoyed the day they are made but can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Experiment with different jams for unique flavors.
