- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat thoroughly; marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the marinated chicken breasts on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- If using, add potatoes for the last 25 minutes of cooking.
Notes
Consider adding your favorite vegetables to the roasted potatoes for enrichment. Customize the dill feta cream by incorporating garlic or other fresh herbs.
