Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream.
- Stir continuously with a whisk until the mixture turns smooth and the chocolate has fully melted, being careful not to bring it to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow to cool slightly before using.
