- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours, then drain and rinse.
- Blend soaked cashews with nutritional yeast, coconut cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in chopped dried cranberries and half of the pistachios.
- Shape mixture into a ball and coat with remaining pistachios. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve with an array of colorful crackers, baguette slices, or fresh vegetable sticks.
