Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir everything together and let cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat and serve hot.

Notes

For gluten-free, swap soy sauce for tamari, or use coconut aminos for a soy-free option. Add ginger or lime juice for extra flavor.
