Instructions
- In your blender, combine the rolled oats, water, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until well combined, avoiding over-blending.
- Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer into a large bowl or pitcher.
- If desired, sweeten to taste, stir well, and pour into an airtight container.
- Store in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days, shaking well before using.
Notes
Great for adding to coffee, smoothies, or as a stand-alone drink. It naturally separates, so make sure to shake before use.
