- 2 cups Heavy Cream

- 1 Vanilla Bean (or 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract)
- 3 Egg Whites

Instructions
- Whip your heavy cream and sugar together in a mixing bowl until you reach soft peaks.
- Split the vanilla bean open and scrape the seeds into your whipped cream (or add vanilla extract).
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the egg whites using a spatula.
- Spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes, cover, and refrigerate for at least two hours.
