These Valentine’s Day Red Velvet Truffles are the perfect sweet treat for your loved ones. Made with only five ingredients, they’re an easy and delicious dessert to make and share this February 14th.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Red velvet cake crumbs
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix the red velvet cake crumbs with the softened cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips with the vegetable oil using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  4. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, then place them back on parchment paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or colorful sprinkles as desired.
  5. Let the chocolate set for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
