- 1 cup Red velvet cake crumbs
- 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Sprinkles (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Mix the red velvet cake crumbs with the softened cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with the vegetable oil using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, then place them back on parchment paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or colorful sprinkles as desired.
- Let the chocolate set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
These truffles can be adapted for various tastes, including using low-fat cream cheese or adding mini chocolate chips for texture.
