Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the lemon mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Once chilled, cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
For a tropical twist, consider using unsweetened condensed coconut milk. Serve chilled with fresh berries or a sprig of mint for added flair.
