- 2 slices Bread
- 4 ounces Turkey breast
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
- Spread Dijon mustard on one slice of bread.
- Layer turkey breast and Swiss cheese on top of the mustard-covered bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread and spread butter on the outer sides.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat, then place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, until the cheese melts.
- Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two days. Reheating in a skillet or microwave brings the sandwich wonderfully back to life.
