Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread
  • 4 ounces Turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  1. Spread Dijon mustard on one slice of bread.
  2. Layer turkey breast and Swiss cheese on top of the mustard-covered bread.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread and spread butter on the outer sides.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat, then place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, until the cheese melts.
  5. Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy!

Notes
