Ingredients
- Turkey slices
- Basil pesto
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
- Tomato slices
- Ciabatta bread
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your panini press or skillet over medium heat.
- Spread a generous layer of basil pesto on the inside of both ciabatta bread slices.
- Layer turkey slices, fresh mozzarella, and tomato slices on one slice of bread.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread, pesto side facing in.
- Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil to enhance crispness.
- Cook in the panini press or skillet for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Slice the panini in half and serve warm.
