Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fatty beef slices
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 2 large Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp Samyang Buldak hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Blanch the fatty beef slices in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large pan, add sliced onions and sauté until fragrant and slightly translucent. Stir in chopped tomatoes until they become saucy.
  3. Return the blanched beef to the pan, add the Samyang spicy sauce, light soy sauce, tomato sauce, and water, allowing this mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Fold in the cooked rice, mixing until each grain is coated with the sauce.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, cover, and cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and stretchy.

Notes

You can personalize this dish by using mushrooms or lentils instead of beef for a vegetarian option, or adding spices and herbs for a fresh taste.
