- 1 lb Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place chicken breasts in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown (internal temperature reaches 165°F). Remove chicken and set aside.
- Pour chicken broth into the same skillet, scraping up brown bits. Add the butter mixture to the broth, stirring constantly until smooth. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over each piece. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to blend flavors.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
