- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 1 Green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 1 cup Lettuce (shredded)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until it is fully cooked, then drain any excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water, then simmer for a few minutes to combine flavors.
- While the beef cools slightly, prepare your veggies by dicing the green bell pepper and tomato, and shredding the lettuce.
- Spread an even layer of cream cheese over each flour tortilla, making sure to cover all edges.
- Distribute the seasoned beef and chopped veggies evenly across the tortillas.
- Carefully roll the tortillas up tightly from one end to the other, sealing the edge with a little extra cream cheese.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange them on a serving platter. Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping!
Notes
Wrap tightly for neat slices. You can swap ground beef for turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
