Ingredients

  • 2 Large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
  • 1/4 cup Taco sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Taco seasoning
  • Cooking spray or butter for cooking, as needed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, taco sauce, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or melted butter.
  3. Place one tortilla on your skillet, and add a generous amount of the chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
  5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and repeat on the other side.
  6. Once done, remove from heat, slice into wedges, and serve with sour cream on the side.

Notes

Consider adding bell peppers or onions for extra flavor. Use shredded rotisserie chicken for convenience.
