- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until a smooth glaze forms.
- Add the cauliflower florets into the bowl and toss until fully coated.
- Spread the coated florets evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven once golden brown and crispy, then serve warm.
