Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until a smooth glaze forms.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets into the bowl and toss until fully coated.
  4. Spread the coated florets evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the oven once golden brown and crispy, then serve warm.
