- 1 3/4 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cup granulated erythritol
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Combine almond flour, erythritol, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until well combined. Press into the bottom of the dish.
- Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon juice with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Cool completely at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into bars and top with fresh berries before serving.
