- 2 ripe apples
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or sugar substitute
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
- Blend the apples until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder and maple syrup or sugar substitute to the blended apples and blend until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Ensure apples are very ripe for the best sweetness. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
