- 4 cups peeled and sliced apples

- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl.
- Spread the apples evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Mix the oats, almond flour, sweetener, and a pinch of salt in another bowl.
- Pour the melted butter and vanilla into the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Best with tart apples like Granny Smith. For a vegan version, substitute butter with coconut oil.
